Stephen Gatt - Operations Manager
Stephen joined us at the beginning of 2015. Holding a Mechanical Engineering degree, Stephen brings many years of experience in operational excellence achieved in international companies around the globe.

Paul Deane - Service and Quality Manager
With a background in customer support and systems development,  and 20 years of experience at ELE, Paul is focused on customer satisfaction and heads the service team.


Mark Bolton - Senior Service Engineer 
Mark joins ELE as a Senior Service Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience of electronic, mechanical and hydraulic engineering.


Ged Ryan - Service Engineer 
Ged has been a Service Engineer with ELE for 5 years, travelling the world carrying out installation, commissioning, training and calibration of ELE products.

Jacqui Werrell - Customer Service Assistant 
Jacqui is responsible for customer service administration, logging and recording all customer issues.

Quality and Design Team

Giles Woodland - Quality Manager
Giles has over 25 years of experience in quality management and systems working within the manufacturing and service environments.
Giles will be at the forefront of maintaining and developing our ISO 9001 systems, vigorously measuring our quality metrics, improving our supply chain and customer delivery performance.


Gordon Cowen - Design Manager
Gordon brings 20 years of experience in electronic engineering. Gordon has been responsible for designing new geotechnical data-loggers such as the DSU, GDU and ADR Touch compression machines.

Shuangkai Wu - Mechanical Design Engineer
An important addition to our engineering team, Shuangkai has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
