ELE International’s Coffee Morning

Date posted: 26th October 2016 08:53

ELE International held a coffee morning to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support and staff members put their baking skills to good use!

There are 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK and MacMillan’s ambition is to improve all their lives and inspire others to do the same. They support individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. From help with money worries and advice about work, to being there for individuals who need someone to talk to.

There was a great selection of treats, including cupcakes, tray bakes, chocolate brownies, fresh cream cakes and muffins to complement fresh coffee and challenging games including Dingbats and “guess the weight of the cake”.

ELE International would like to thank Janette Wray for organising the event and The Sandhill’s Deli in Leighton Buzzard for raising further donations for several of the delicious cakes. Congratulations to Millie Minchin, Ann-Marie Clarke, Jenny Madden, Hazel Maxey and Caroline Good for winning the amusing competitions.
