The oven is constructed of mild steel with a powder coated exterior and an aluminium coated steel chamber which is both durable and corrosion resistant. 

The control system comprises of a microprocessor digital controller with overheat safety system. They also include main switch with indicator and heat and overheat indicators. 

The temperature range is 40-180ºC.
